“The End of Life Tires Waste Management Strategies and Application Plan 2010” which was prepared and submitted by LASDER to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry was found conforming with the administrative and technical guidelines mentioned in the ELT Regulations, and as a result of assessment made by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and it was accepted on 11 February 2010, thus the authorization certificate was given to LASDER being effective on 29 December 2009.
